The consultation form on the Contact page runs entirely in your browser: the details you type are used only to compose a WhatsApp message, and are never saved on our servers or sent anywhere except to WhatsApp when you choose to send it.

When you send us a message on WhatsApp — whether by clicking a button on this site or messaging our number directly — that conversation is handled through WhatsApp on the phone we use for the business. It is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and encryption. We use these messages only to arrange and provide the tailoring and leather services you requested.
